Privacy policy

FINOX collects only the data needed to run your office and client accounts. Each office's data is isolated and shared only with infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, email) under processing agreements.

Connected-system credentials are stored encrypted and cannot be read by platform staff. AI processing is optional, requires explicit office-admin consent and sends computed figures only.

You can export or wipe your operational data from Settings at any time.
